Update: 6/10/2026 I changed my rating from a 3 to a 2 star. The reason for that is I had bought a 20 piece box of unclaimed/unopened mail. Unfortunately, more than half the mail was already opened, retaped, and yes, relabled. Yes, you can relabel a package. Most items were cheap temu items that were only a couple of $s. A couple of the packages were cut open, some then resealed with the two labels. One on the inside of the retaped package and one on the outside. I would definitely stay away from unclaimed/unopened mail. It is not worh the $200+. ORIGINAL: I was a bit skeptical. But I opened two out of the three boxes I bought, and I could definitely make my money back, plus some. The only problem I had with both boxes is that they each had an item that was damaged or missing pieces. One box had something nasty in it. I might buy again, but I guess it depends on this last box that is somewhere out there, as it was supposed to come with the other two.

I think if you live near this place it may be Roth it but having items shipped def not worth it. I received a mystery box a while back and it definitely was not worth what I paid but it was fun so whatever. Now I spent over $100 on unclaimed mail (I figured I would give it another shot). My package kept getting delayed ups told me to call the seller the seller kept telling me to call ups no one would help. The. Finally after almost a week of being delayed ups found my damaged package and re packaged it and left it near my door. I opened it only had 5 items was supposed to be 10, the items were worth a total of 25$ if that and were all damaged. Once again I call ups they say call the seller the seller says call ups. UPS says that either GRP LIQUIDATION has to call them and request them to come pick up the damaged items and they will investigate and then grp would get me either my package or a refund or grp could determine that the money and hassle of coming to my house to pick up dentures (weird) open lotions all over the place a fish pump that’s broken and damaged, was not worth it and just give me back my money or resend my package. Now I’m out $100+ and I’m getting the run around from everyone. I learned my lesson but before this happens to someone else I needed to let you all know

This spot offers a wide variety of pallet options at good prices.  I’d also say this place/Mitch has a lot of integrity, compared to other similar businesses.  This place instead of bins now runs auctions on Facebook, at a very elementary level.  A blind squirrel, and a 9 year old could do a better job running these auctions.  If you ever experience any problems at all and ask Kyle, Jess, or any other employees there your only response will be, “can’t help you with that, not my department.”  If you enquire online, or on Facebook about any inconsistencies or problems they will just block you.  That’s the biggest issue with this place, half of their Facebook page is nothing but middle school drama.  If this place was ran like an actual business it would be GREAT.  This place has great products, and a pretty cool person running the circus (Mitch) but unfortunately you have to put up with a lot of unneeded or wanted drama.

Ordered a DHL mystery box. Received an Amazon returns mystery box.  Names of people that returned them not marked out, etc. Sent 3 emails now. No reply. Forced to dispute charges with my credit card company. IMO, avoid.

Had to update my review after some later trips. I can say in the beginning when they weren't so big I enjoyed the experience and did get some really good pallets. Since they have grown my experience wasn't as great. The new place has crowed parking. It wasn't very welcoming either. My sister and I went to pick up a pallet of bikes. It was a great deal, but then it wasn't. The pallets were listed as bikes, not pieces of bikes. We were welcomes with bikes that were recalled and unsafe and unsellable, and some that were rusted and incomplete.  There was mice dropping and cat pee (or similar urine smell and wetness) in more than one box. It was actually disgusting. While I understand how liquidation works, you get good and bad and there are no guarantees, this was just gross. I do wish them well but not sure I will return.
